How to get to Kaniyo Pabidi forest.
Kaniyo Pabidi can be reached in two different ways that is you can reach the destination either by air or by road transport from Kampala the capital city of Uganda;
By road transport, from Kampala its 249 kilometers through Masindi and 29 kilometers from Murchison falls national park. Kaniyo Pabidi can be reached through different gates like Bugugu gate in the south, Wankwar gate in the north and also Tangi gate. Though the main gate to Kaniyo Pabidi is through using Kichumbabanyobo gate. On the side through using the north part of Murchison falls national park by accessing the forest by the ferry.
By air transport, from Kampala you can reach Kaniyo Pabidi through air transport, you will take a charter flight from Kampala’s Kajjansi Airfield to Pakuba Airfield in Murchison Falls National Park which is approximately one hour. From Murchison falls national park you will drive to Kaniyo Pabidi, from Pakuba Airfield, take a vehicle transfer to Kaniyo Pabidi which is approximately is 1.5 hours.
