Day 1: Fly to Murchison falls national park and game drive.
On the 1st day depending on your location, your safari driver will drop you at Entebbe International Airport to get a domestic flight and then fly to Murchison falls national park to the park’s airstrip Pakuba. And upon your arrival, your safari driver will pick you from the airstrip and then transfer you to the lodge and upon your arrival you will check in and then be served with lunch.
After lunch, your safari driver will pick you and then transfer you to the park for the amazing game drive to search for the savannah wild game and then depending on your luck of the day to will be able to spot many animals that includes antelopes, Uganda kobs, buffaloes, elephants, lions, and various bird species like African fish eagle, cormorants, Crested Guinea fowls, Brown twin spot, woodpecker, warblers, Grey-headed sunbird, Lemon-bellied Crombec and among many others. After the experience you will drive back to your lodge for lesuire, dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2: Morning game drive and afternoon boat cruise on the Nile River to the bottom of the falls.
Morning game drive.
On the 2nd day of the safari, wake up early in the morning and enjoy breakfast, after breakfast you will meet with your safari guide and then transfer to the park for the outstanding experience to search for the park’s animal species that you could have missed in your previous game drive and some of the animal species includes, lions, buffaloes, zebras, giraffes, warthogs, cheetahs, elephants, and among many others. After the game drive you will be transferred to the lodge for lunch.
Afternoon boat cruise on Nile River to the bottom of the falls.
After lunch, you will meet your safari guide and then transfer for the afternoon boat cruise on the River Nile that is the major north-flowing river and known as the longest in the entire world, with 6,853 km (4,258) miles long and shared by 11 countries. During the boat cruise you will spot diverse numbers of hippopotamuses, elephants, buffaloes, Uganda Kobs, on the banks of the Murchison falls to drink water, and viewing diverse numbers of the bird species like the famous Shoebill storks, African fish eagles, herons, and among many others. After the boat cruise you will be returned to the lodge for your relaxing, dinner and overnight stay as above.
Day 3: Delta cruise on the River Nile and afternoon game drive.
On the 3rd day of the safari, wake up early in the morning and then enjoy your hearty breakfast. After breakfast you will meet your driver guide with your picnic lunch and then drive to catch the morning boat experience at the jetty point. During the boat cruise you will be able to spot the various animal species like buffaloes, Jackson’s Hartebeests, giraffes, elephants and among others coming along to drink water, without forgetting the various bird species that can be spotted during the experience. Later you will enjoy your lunch.
Afternoon game drive.
After lunch, your driver guide will transfer you to the park, to spot the great animal species. This is best time for the experience because that’s when the animal species easily congregate around the water sources to wash away their thirst that offers you perfect views. After the game drive you will drive back to your lodge for dinner, relaxation and overnight stay.
Day 4: Fly to Entebbe international Airport.
On the final day of the safari, wake up early in the morning and then enjoy your breakfast. After breakfast, depending on your flight if it’s a morning scheduled flight you will check out from your lodge and then your driver guide will transfer you to Pakuba Airstrip for your flight to Entebbe International Airport that will make your safari come to the end.
And if your flight is for afternoon you may opt to do a game drive before flying back to Entebbe International Airport. This is will offer you more viewing of the wildlife in the park before getting a flight back to Entebbe.
